The shirt and job are great, the printing method is suboptimal

The quality and fit of the shirt are great and the logo came out looking great. The heat transfer method of printing looks and feels like a vinyl sticker was stuck on the shirt. This includes both the logo its self as well as the individual letters. I also ordered a different shirt of my wife, that shirt came with "direct printing". That printing looks and feels like it's imbedded into the shirt (like something you'd buy at a store) and is also crisp and clear. I'd choose that method every time!

We made DIY shirts ahead of a group trip. Loved them! We order 1 size up from our usual size because after reading the size chart and measuring the clothes we already own, it appears this brand of T-shirt does not adhere to conventional sizing. Ie. I usually would take a M but had to order L.

Unfortunately the sizing is way off. I bought a medium size for my husband and it fits like a small. Too tight for him to wear, more like a small.
