We're terribly sorry to hear that the sleeve on one of the jacket is coming apart. This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're happy to make things right by placing a free replacement for another jacket. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have to team review the matter. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and giving us the chance to help.
