We appreciate your feedback on the Custom Post-it Notes® and regret hearing that the design was misaligned when printed and illegible. Our review of the design shows that the size of the logo is very small, and the logo was not centered. To see what the design will look like when printed, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio and should be viewed at 100% for best results. We have increased the size of the logo and have processed a free replacement order. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. Likewise, we hope this helps.
