Upon checking your order, we can confirm that the size selected was the smallest option we offer for our self-inking stamps. Because of these compact dimensions, intricate details in a logo can be difficult to render clearly through the engraving process. As disclosed in the engraving tips within our design studio, very fine details may not translate well onto smaller stamps, which can result in the legibility issues you've described. To help us look into this further and find a resolution, could you please respond to this email and share images of how the stamp imprint turned out?
