Hello,
I ordered a guest book, but when I received it, I noticed that the image on the cover was not printed correctly. My design was supposed to cover the entire cover, but instead the edges of the image are visible and it looks cropped/cut off.
I’ve attached photos for reference. Could you please advise on how this can be resolved?

We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you intended the design to cover the entire surface. We typically print exactly what is submitted without making changes to the artwork. However, if you selected a full-page design, it should have appeared as expected, and we understand your concern.
