Frequently asked questions
White envelopes for your custom gift cards are included free of charge, though you will have the option to remove them from your order if you don’t plan on using them. You can also upgrade to several options for coloured paper envelopes, for an additional fee. Whatever you decide, you’ll be able to make your envelope selection right after you design your card.
First and foremost, you’ll want to make sure you have space to write the name of the recipient, as well as the value of the gift certificate. (Our templates have these fields built in, but keep that in mind if you’re uploading your own design.) It’s also important to include your business name, logo, website and contact info. And if you have any restrictions to the gift certificate’s use – an expiration date, blackout dates or something else – it’s also important to make sure that’s clearly stated and easy to understand
Yes. If you have a design ready to go, you’ll be able to upload it and print it on the paper option you prefer.
Yes. We have 1- and 2-sided printing options, including an upgrade for full-colour on the reverse side
Yes, you can opt for rounded corners with most of our paper options. (Only standard corners are available for bamboo, kraft and hemp.)
Yes. You can go for silver or gold raised foil if you choose our premium matte paper. You can add embossed gloss to your card if you choose either standard or premium matte.
