We are truly sorry to hear that your recent Vinyl Banners did not meet the expectations set by the online preview, especially as you are a returning customer. We understand you were expecting a crisp "Gold on Black" design, and it is completely unacceptable that you received a "yellowish green" print on a "greenish black" background. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
We have reviewed the design you uploaded for your "BUTTE COUNTY COMMUNITY GMRS" banner. On screen, it appears as a sharp, high-contrast design with a rich black background and a clear metallic gold effect for the logo and text.
This brings up an important point to set expectations for your replacement: since our Vinyl Banners do not currently have a metallic foil option, the printer simulates the look of gold using a blend of CMYK inks (yellows, browns, etc.). This will create a beautiful gold color, but it will not have a metallic or reflective shine like a true foil.
That being said, the result you received—a "yellowish green" print on a "greenish black" background—is absolutely not the correct color simulation. This points to a production error on our end, which we are committed to fixing.
To help us investigate this error and find the best possible resolution for you, could you please reply with clear photos of the banners you received? This will allow our quality team to see the color issue firsthand and take corrective action.

Yes, you can. This has been a popular request from our customers and we’re proud to now offer it. You’ll be able to create a custom-size banner anywhere between 1' x 2' and 8' x 12'.
Wrinkles should smooth out over time. But if you need to speed up the process, place your vinyl banner under a heavy flat object to get the wrinkles out. To avoid creasing while storing, don’t put anything on top of the banner. We also recommend washing your hands every time you handle the banner.
