2-3 stars, not the best quality

When we received the top part wasn't glued properly. There is also a small dent in the skin of the banner. The printing is not the best quality, it's not as crisp.

It started to close itself suddenly, since the adhesive in the upper border of the banner is weak. After several times the banner detached from the metallic border.

3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
