Not what you would expect

The Printing looks good, my issue is with the build of the product itself.
First, it does not have grommets, all photos in the double sided banner show grommets. so now im not sure how im going to hang this.
Second, it is not a double sided banner, it is 2 single sided banners sewn together. therefore it its challenging to roll up nicely and it has creases on the banner that gets the inside roll treament.
I can't complain that much as vistaprints customer service credited my previous order as i wasn't stoked on, but none the less now i have 2 products that are less than optimal, instead of 1 product that i was happy with.
