Horrible production and does not work

The production of this product does not look anything like how I placed the logo. It came printed off centered --not by a little, but a lot. On top of that, the product does not work no matter how we tried to test it, with case on/off, used different cords with the base -- and does nto work. Is this only for the iWatch, if so it was not disclosed. We are glad that we did not order a large qty.

The charger takes a second or two to find the sweet spot to start charging, but that does not last. I had to keep moving the phone around to find the spot again. A little disappointed in this one. On the plus side, the logo looks great!

I gave the chargers to some of my clients. Started getting complaints yesterday. I tested 2 today . They DO NOT charge phones even when I totally removed the phone case.
