While there was apparently a printing error on the first one prepared, which delayed shipping, it was reprinted and sent at the earliest opportunity and looks great. Highly satisfied that they rectified their error before the item even made it out the door and even notified me about it. I like accountability in a company!

We get photo books a lot and love them. This last one, however, does not measure up.

I was trying to cover the entire pad but it wouldn't allow me to. But it looks great with the background.
