For best results in the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Furthermore, we recommend using high resolution vector images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. In addition, we suggest placing a new order with a better quality image. We hope this helps.
