Thin pieces

The pieces were way too thin and easily ripped part of the photo.

Puzzle pieces are all almost identical the pieces would be nice to be not so close so half the puzzle doesn’t need to be taken apart and redone.

Unfortunately, this puzzle arrived blank. Every piece was white. The photo I uploaded on to the Vistaprint website didn't work, but I thought it had. I can send you a photo attached to this to message. I am hoping to please get a refund for this item!

Hello While I liked the puzzle I purchased, I was disappointed that the tin (which was additional money) arrived dented. I didn’t have time to contact the company immediately as it was a gift and the party was the next day. Unfortunately,, I had to give a gift dented.

Yes, our custom puzzles come in 48, 500 or 1,000 pieces. Our small custom puzzle is a great choice for kids aged 4-7 approximately, while teens and adults may find our large custom puzzles more engaging.

Our 500 and 1,000 piece puzzles come packaged in a metal tin, while our 48 piece puzzle will arrive in a cardboard box. It’s important to note that the pieces of your custom puzzle will be shipped in a box that reveals the complete design. If you’re planning a special surprise – to propose, ask friends to be part of your wedding party or announce a pregnancy, for example – you’ll want to make sure that you have your puzzle delivered to you first. You can then package the puzzle pieces as you’d like.
