The colors were faded

Everything looked great on the screen, but the printed images were faded, the colors looked grey and desaturated. The cover and binding were perfect, but I was very disappointed in the main content because of the washed out colors.

I was disappointed the sides were white and not wrapped as I was told and the pictures showed

We regret hearing that there was a white border around the photo uploaded to the canvas prints, and it did not go to the edge template. From our review of the design, the photo was not uploaded as a full-bleed image. To get the design to wrap to the edge, your photo needs to go all the way to the edge of the full bleed line, which is shown in the edit studio. Your photo went past the safe margin line. Also, we noted that your photo was not large enough for the full bleed, as the individuals on each side would be cut off if the photo were to go to the full bleed. The recommended full bleed size is 19.56" x 23.56". We suggest that you use a photo that matches this size or choose a smaller size canvas and place a new order. To help, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing your original artwork and placing a new order. We trust this was helpful to you.
