When I was ordered the colour looks different from what I ordered the silver was more light and I got dark silver that not look nice at all with my logo. The pink logo came in purple and it’s look not good

Upon reviewing your account, we found that one of our Care Specialists has already assisted you with this concern and took the necessary actions on your order. We’d also like to provide some clarification: designs uploaded in RGB color mode (which is used for digital screens) are automatically converted to CMYK color mode for printing. This conversion can sometimes cause colors to appear darker or muted compared to how they look on screen. To achieve a closer color match, we recommend ensuring that uploaded designs are prepared in CMYK format before placing your order. Depending on your selection, the paper bags will either be matte laminated paper or gloss laminated paper.

Luxury paper bags are single colour foil stamped with a choice of 17 colours. Please note that the minimum font size is 16 pt with the minimum stroke size being 2.5 pt. Depending on bag size, you can choose from up to 14 bag colours.

Yes you can. You can print your design on the front side, with the option to have that same design printed on the back (at an additional cost).
