When you're ordering stand-up pouches, it's important to keep in mind that the dimensions listed are for the pouch exterior, meaning the interior of the pouch is slightly smaller. The capacity is also affected by zipper closures, sealing sizes, tear notches and hanging holes. The size and shape of the product will also influence whether or not it fits, so it's always a good idea to check before you order. Note that the capacity listed is in fluid ounces which is for liquid volume – so keep that in mind when ordering. And if you’re still in doubt, you can always order a sample kit to help identify the best pouches for you.

Yes, our pouches protect against external moisture, oxygen and light when heat sealed properly. Our pouches are all designed to be puncture resistant, so your products are that much safer while in transit and on display.

Your pouches will arrive open at the top, so you can fill them! You will have to seal them yourself with an impulse heat sealer at temperatures between 250–350°F, which helps protect contents from being exposed to the elements or damaged in transit.

If your customer is likely to discard the pouch immediately after your product has been removed, then you don't need a zipper. If your product is designed for long-term use, we recommend adding a reclosable zipper to make it easy for customers to open and close the pouch. If you do add a zipper, a single-track zipper will be added approximately 1.25-1.5" from the top edge of the pouch, depending on pouch size. The Euro hole is 0.39" x 0.98", while the round hole is 0.31" in diameter. On all pouch sizes but 1, both of our hole options are available. For our smallest pouch (3.25" x 4.75" x 2"), only the round hole is available.

Yes, you can print on the front, the back and even the bottom of the pouch – a great place for bar codes and non-essential information. Bear in mind that there is a fold line and crease in the center of the bottom section, which could distort text or any bar or QR codes.
