Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the background color of your postcards. We understand you were expecting a white background and received a grey one instead. Upon inspection, we found that the uploaded file was a snapshot or screenshot of your design, rather than the original design file itself. This snapshot file was quite dark and already had an almost-grey background color instead of a pure white one. This is also visible on the preview. Our printing process is fully automated, which means that designs are printed exactly as they are submitted to us. In this case, the system faithfully printed the slightly grey background that was present in the snapshot file you uploaded. For the best results on future orders, we highly recommend always uploading the original, high-quality design file and not a snapshot. Screenshots can often affect colors, lower the resolution, and negatively impact the overall outcome of the final printed product. We hope this information provides some clarity. We appreciate your feedback.
