Fridge Magnets printing error

This was my second order for fridge magnets. Half of the magnets were printed off centre while the other half was correct. What saved this order was that when I went to the chat icon on the website, I was immediatley connected with a human and within minutes a suitable resolve was in place. SO as far as the magnets were concerned, it was disappointing, but the service in correcting the issue was very satisfying.

To be honest I was disappointed when they arrived. The quality of the photo is fantastic, however they’re paper thin magnets. Very flimsy and bendable. You can see around the edges where some of the magnets did not print correctly. I guess I was expecting a bit more thickness for the price and quantity I ordered. They’re still pretty just seems a bit silly how thin they are.

With Design Services, a VistaPrint design expert will turn your logo or image into a custom magnet design. We’ll ask you to upload your image file, and then we’ll get to work.
