Upon checking, it looks like the design may have been set up in RGB color mode, which is ideal for screens but not for print. Since our printing process uses CMYK color mode, the conversion can sometimes cause colors to appear darker or more muted than what’s seen on your screen. For future orders, we recommend designing or exporting your file in CMYK to help ensure more accurate color results.
