The t-shirts arrived on time and exactly as they were designed. The quality of the material is fairly good (I may opt to spend a bit more next time). That being said the pricing is really good and I'm not complaining. The print quality also looks good.

I ordered a black t-shirt with a print that had no background and received one with a white background. Very frustrated. Too late to replace. T-shirt quality was nice, but they screwed up the print.

Thank you for your review of the Gildan® Softstyle® Unisex T-shirt. We regret to hear that the photo uploaded to the black T-shirt was printed with a white background. We have reviewed the design. In the edit studio, the background appears to be transparent; however, when we request a PDF proof, there is a white background presented. Also, the "remove background" tab is not grayed out, which indicates there is a background. To see what your design will look like when printed in the future, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing your original artwork to remove the background correctly and placing a new order. Furthermore, we trust this was helpful to you.
