Our Ultra Thick Business Cards are designed to provide a sturdy, premium feel, but at the moment they are only available with a UV glossy front and matte back finish. Because of how this specific product is produced, additional specialty finishes—such as foil or metallic effects—are not currently offered for this card type. This is also why options like uploading a logo for a metallic or foil finish would not appear during the design process for this product. We understand that having more finish options would make it easier to achieve the exact look you have in mind, and we truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. After reviewing the order details, we noted that the selected product was ultra thick business cards, which feature 32pt stock, approximately as thick as a credit card. This premium material is intentionally designed to be much thicker than standard card stocks. To help set clear expectations for future purchases, we recommend carefully reviewing the product details on the webpage prior to placing an order, as these specifications outline the characteristics of the selected material. Furthermore, we checked your account and noticed that a new order has already been placed for regular matte business cards, which should provide a more traditional card thickness. Regarding the cutting concern you mentioned, please reply to this email with clear photos showing the areas where the cards appear to have been cut incorrectly.
