Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Square Business Cards. We regret hearing the QR code was too small to be read. Please note the minimum size for a QR code to be printed is 2 cm x 2 cm or 0.8 in x 0.8 in. Furthermore, for better results, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, you can scan the code to see if it is working. If it doesn't scan, the size needs adjustments. In addition, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design and placing a new order. We hope this helps.
