When I first received it, there were dark green tone smudged through out the back ground on both front and back side. Black letters came out to be dark green also with some yellowish outlines. I immediately contacted the customer support and they offered me a reprint with express shipping. Second print that I received were much better. Colors printed correct except there were still dark green shades in certain spots on the backside of the card. Thankfully the background color of the backside was brown so it wasn't that annoying for me to report another issue. Overall the customer service was great, but the product themselves were not so perfect. It was my first time having a printing issue from Vistaprint so I will give them another shot when I runout of my business cards.

Most customers say the card surface feels like velvet or suede. It also has a smooth, matte finish.

Yes, but a regular ballpoint pen won’t work very well. We recommend using a permanent marker pen for the best results.
