Second time they came different from the preview

I can't use these ones again. This is the second order I've placed now and both have issues that I can't use them.

Good quality, QR code too small

I actually love the way the business cards look. Unfortunately, the QR code and icon on the back were too small, so they can't even be scanned. It's too bad, as it looked large enough when I looked over everything before printing. Now I have to figure out how to fix what I have. Otherwise, it was good quality paper and gold edging.

We understand your concern about the QR code and icon being too small to scan. To be viewed accurately by a QR reader, the QR code should be no less than 31mm x 31mm. We suggest adjusting the size and uploading a new file. You can also generate a QR code directly from our Design Studio. Additionally, you can request a PDF proof from the editing studio and view it at 100%, which will show the actual print size before placing your order. This can help ensure the QR code prints at the correct dimensions for reliable scanning. Sure! When you select an edge colour, you’ll see a HEX code by the name. This is a universal identifier that you can use to match other elements of your design to the edge colour. Just copy the code and add it to the colour panel in our studio or any other design software.

Please note: Our gold-edge business cards feature a metallic finish. You can match the gold colour on the front or back design, but the shiny effect is only available for the edge.

Our painted edge cards have colour on the sides, top and bottom – all the “thin” dimensions that normally don’t have customizable colours.

Right now, you can pick from red, gold, black, blue, yellow and teal.

The HEX codes for these colours are the following: Blue - #0083CA
Teal - #0099B1 Black - #231F20 Gold - #C48A10 Red - #ED1B2F Yellow - #FFF200

These cards are 32pt (equal to .032 of an inch). To give you a frame of reference, each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch.

Sorry, but those options aren’t available with these cards. The special way they’re made doesn’t allow for those custom shapes.

Yes, the matte laminate makes them fairly easy to write on with any pencil, pen or marker.
