I spend an hour on the phone with VP designing business cards and it was a total waste of time. The cards are very poor quality and almost unreadable.

Overall, we are pleased, with the exception of 1. Foil Accent was not even for example Luke Shields, Luke was duller than Shields. Similar on the back L duller than S. This was consistently off through the entire card. 2. The dark nave blue of the card as requested appears closer to black.

Many issues with order process and dissatisfied with product

After spending a few months attempting to ensure my order would be perfect, unfortunately it still wasn’t. The first three representatives that I worked with were unable to help and instead made incorrect changes to the project, pushing me away from using the site. I waited months before trying again. The last representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful however the order was still fulfilled at an unsatisfactory level. The cards are not printed centered. The foil is not overlaid properly. Quality check was not done thoroughly. Half of each box will need to be discarded. This is the second time I’ve had the same issues. I will not be using VistaPrint again.

Ordered Foil was not printed on both sides

I was majorly disappointed with my purchase. Both sets of business cards were only showing the foil on the logo on one side, not on both. The navigation in the upload process of the design is wildly confusing, you can only add one comment and I gave clear instructions but maybe that was not enough?? Spent 67 euro on a product I have no use for.
