Matte is useless

I chose matte so that u could use a stamp on it, as it is a loyalty card. The coating on it means the ink just slides off, which is useless! Extremely disappointing!

Thank you for your feedback on the Loyalty Business Cards. We regret hearing that the stamp was not compatible with the matte finish. Our record shows that the premium matte paper stock was selected. This option has a silk finish on the front and backside. For best results with a water-based stamp, we recommend the "uncoated or recycled paper stock". Furthermore, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend changing the paper stock and placing a new order. We hope this helps.
