Multiple sizes & options

How you personalize your notepad is entirely up to you. With four sizes to choose from – 3.8" x 7.8", 4" x 5.5", 5.5" x 8.5" and 8.5" x 11" – you can add a favorite quote, photo, logo, or anything else that makes it yours. Whether you need a compact desk pad or a full-size legal pad for the office, there's an option to fit. All notepads are top-bound and printed on acid-free paper, with lined or unlined options available. Our smaller notepads can be finished with either a sturdy cardboard reserve backing for desks and flat surfaces, or a magnetic back that's great for fridges and filing cabinets. Because of its size, the 8.5" x 11" notepad comes with a cardboard reserve backing only and isn't available with a magnetic back.

When I selected this item as a suggested addition to my order, the image showed a coil book. What I received was two pads of paper that have our logo in the middle that are not even usable as a notepad. We paid $60 for a product we can't even use.

We’re sorry to hear the notepads did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to receive something that doesn’t match what you had in mind. To clarify, notepads and notebooks are different products. Notepads are typically loose sheets bound together at the top or side with adhesive, while notebooks are coil-bound or book-style with pages designed for more structured use. Since the current layout of your notepads is not practical for use, we’d be happy to help review and adjust the design, so it functions better as a notepad. We can also guide you through selecting a notebook-style product if that better suits your needs. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll be glad to assist.

Yes. Our fully customizable design templates include lined and unlined options.

Your design will be printed onto acid-free white paper, but don’t let that limit your design – or your creativity! Our full-colour printing lets you add any colours you’d like to your personalised notepad. The colours will be printed on the front of each piece of paper, while the back will remain white.

To pick the right reverse side for your custom notepad printing needs, consider where and how you want to use your notepads. If you intend to use the pad on the go, or while working at a desk, cardboard backing may be right for you. But if you want an easy display option for your fridge or filing cabinets, our magnetic backing could be just what you need. Please note, our magnetic backing is unavailable for our 8.5" x 11" notepads.

Yes, you can upload a finished design to use with your custom notepad.

When it comes to colour choice, we recommend you think about how you’ll be using your personalized notepads – especially what you’ll use to write on them. A legal pad with predominantly dark colours may not be a good choice if you plan to write with a black pen, but a great option if you intend to use a silver marker. And if you’re creating custom notepads for business use, don’t hesitate to use your business colours and add a logo – those details often get noticed by customers or employees.
