The quality of the stamp and ink are very high. The delivery service was speedy and problem-free. I have two issues with it: 1. The address has a space between Line 1 and Line 2, which I do not understand and did not choose. The address shown me before I approved the design did not have it. It looks a bit odd. 2. Stamps that I have purchased in the past have the address imprinted on the top so we know how to orient the stamp before using it. This one doesn't have a sample address so it's a guessing game. I have put an arrow to indicate "UP" to address the issue and it's fine.

As disclosed in the "Assembly Note" on our product page, your self-inking stamp comes with a blank label. To set it up, simply remove the paper insert, stamp your design directly onto it, and return it to the display slot to create your own customized, perfectly oriented top label. We highly recommend checking these product details for future orders to help set expectations.
