We recommend for future ensuring your banner design is created at 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher. Low-resolution images or designs stretched to fit a larger size can cause distortion when printed. We also recommend avoiding stretching, rotating, or resizing the QR image disproportionately and saving and uploading your banner as a PDF or high-resolution PNG (not JPG). We also would like to encourage you to use the proof option that's available to you, viewing your image at 100% magnification to confirm by scanning the QR code from the proof to ensure it directs correctly. We have emailed you information regarding the resolution that has been provided to you. We look forward to assisting with future products of interest.

Yes, it is. These banners have a telescopic pole to adjust the height and width for all 3 sizes. The height can be adjusted between 36" and 96" and the width between 48" and 120".
It’s made from 100% polyester that is crease and wrinkle resistant.
Yes, a carrying bag is included for the frame and graphic option only.
Yes you can. Just make sure you machine wash in cold water and line dry only.
The carrying case will include the poles and may be shipped separately from your banner graphic.

The banner frame weighs 20 lbs., while the polyester fabric weighs 4 lbs. The entire set – frame and fabric – weighs approximately 24 lbs.
We recommend using vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg files) for your images – .jpg files may blur when scaled. If you need to upload a .jpg, it should be 150 DPI or higher. And we highly suggest avoiding small text as anything less than 2" may not be legible from a distance.
We don’t recommend ironing, as applying direct heat may cause the material to burn, melt or become damaged.
