Good quality but poor colour

The quality of the print and the material of the sign itself is good. The black background colour that was important to meet the brand guidelines looks more like a dark green and the client is not too happy. The file provided was created in Adobe meeting Vistaprint requirements. First time I or my clients have given you anything less than 5 stars.

We understand how vital color accuracy is for professional branding and regret that the black background appeared as a dark green instead. To help us investigate this, please confirm if the file was created using the CMYK color profile. While we have reviewed the image shared, we are currently unable to identify the green tint on our monitors, and using CMYK is our best recommendation for achieving the most accurate printed results compared to digital files. Alternatively, you may find success by designing the piece and adding the true black background directly within our online studio to ensure consistency with our printing processes. We are more than happy to assist you with achieving the desired outcome on a replacement for your client and hope to return to providing you with a five-star experience. I ordered a sign, rider and holder. I wish I’d known that the sign holder was going to cover part of the top of the sign. I should have left more space at the top of my sign because it doesn’t look as good as it should have.

Installing your rider is easy. For metal sign holders, simply slide your rider into the frame. For extra-security you can screw it in place. If you’re going with a colonial post, it comes with grommets to hang a bottom rider onto the bottom of your yard sign. You can secure it with included clips. For a top rider, just use the clips to attach it to the top of the post – no grommets needed.
