How do I care for my fabric banner?

Follow these 3 easy steps to clean, dry and prep your custom fabric banner: __1. WASH:__ Machine wash your fabric banner on the delicate cycle with cold water. __2. DRY:__ Let your banner air dry or tumble dry on medium low. __3. STEAM:__ Smooth out any creases using a steamer if needed.

What’s the difference between banner types – vinyl, fabric, mesh and retractable banners?

The biggest difference between these banners is the material used. __Fabric Banners:__ Made of scratch-resistant polyester with included grommets. Single- or double-sided printing. __Vinyl Banners:__ Our most popular banner. Your choice of indoor (13 oz.) or outdoor (14 oz.) vinyl, both of which are fade- and water-resistant. __Mesh Banners:__ Made of woven polyester mesh, these banners are best for outdoor and windy conditions, with included grommets and reinforced edges. __Retractable Banners:__ This style includes a vinyl banner that comes preassembled with a stand and case. Multiple styles and sizes available.

Will my banner come with grommets included?

Yes. All fabric banners come with grommets – and they’re placed about 2 feet apart at the top and bottom of your banner. What are reinforced edges?

Our heat-welding process reinforces the edges of your banner, making it better suited for outdoor and long-term use. We recommend both edges reinforcement and grommets if you’re hanging your banner outside for a long time.

Do cloth banners have seams?

Yes. The banner is made of one piece of fabric. We fold over the edge and add in a stitched hem to reinforce the edges. This helps keep fabric signs looking crisp and polished even after many uses.

What are your fabric banners made of? How much does the material weigh?

Our custom cloth banners are made of crease-free, lightweight and scratch-resistant polyester. The single-sided printing fabric weighs 5.3 oz and the double-sided weighs 7.7 oz.

No, but since we offer a wide array of sizes, there’s a great chance we have one that works for your needs.

The first banner for our real estate business was absolutely stellar. . . the colours were bright and vibrant. The second banner featured artwork for my fine art business, and the colours seemed more faded. Not as true or vibrant as the first banner for our other company. It may have been the quality of the photos I sent Vistaprint that caused the problem. . . not sure.

I spent over three hours designing my banner, only for it to somehow got jumbled up in the last second without me noticing, and by then, it's too late. If only Vistaprint. ca would reach out to customers when things don't line up, or look wrong thing all could of been prevented. Been shopping here for over 10 years, and never had a problem until now, but all of sudden, I've become very unimpressed , sorry, but it's true
