I really appreciate this Business Sample Kit: it’s incredibly helpful in understanding the different materials and print options available, making it much easier to decide which direction to take. However, I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t include a sample of raised foil in gold and silver, which was the main reason I ordered it. Having that would make the kit even more valuable.

We're sorry to hear that you did not receive the flyers. This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We've reviewed the tracking details, and it states that the flyers were delivered on July 18th. We're not sure what happened; however, we're happy to help by placing a free reorder for new flyers.
