We are sorry to hear that the image quality on your keyring did not meet your expectations, especially after using what you believed was a high-resolution photo. Upon review, the image provided appears to be low resolution, with visible pixelation and details, such as faces, appearing blurry. This was also reflected in the design preview within the studio. For best results, we recommend using a clear, high-resolution image of at least 300 dpi. Also, please note that the small keyring measures 1.69" L x 1.20" W, so finer details can be difficult to capture clearly at this size, especially at low resolution. We are happy to assist with updating the file if you have a sharper version available.
