Beautiful little keychain. Picture was perfect in it. Sorry forgot to take a photo. Not sure if vista print does engraving as well but that would have been a nice added touch to the back of it.

I uploaded a high resolution image for the key chain but it turned out very blurry when I got the finished product. I added text to the image and I got an email saying it was too small and illegible, so I got an email saying vista print altered what I put in to fix these issues. The changes they made did improve the design and legibility of the words. I’m disappointed with the quality of the image on the key chain.

We appreciate your feedback on the VistaPrint® Photo Keychain and regret hearing that the printing did not turn out as expected. From our review of the design: the image is dark, the text is small, and parts of the text and images were outside the print area. This would have resulted in these details being cut off. We recommend that you use a simpler image for the keyring, due to its small size. To help, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We suggest placing a new order. We trust this was helpful to you.
