I feel like the quality from my last order is better than this time. The paper is too thin.

The quality of my print was not good, I don’t understand why? I even had a reprint but it’s not any better. The customer service person assured me the second print would be much better but it’s the same. I was very happy with the last project I did so it’s frustrating.
