For future orders, we recommend increasing the size of the QR code in your design before submitting it. QR codes need to be large enough for scanners to read easily, especially on small stickers. A good rule of thumb is to make the QR code at least 1 inch by 1 inch for optimal scanning, or utilize the digital proof available to you from the design studio to ensure the final design is to your satisfaction and the QR Code functions as it should before processing your orderder.
