Not what I was expecting

I ordered two sizes in the same color (Maroon), however the two sizes are completely different colors, I used the chat to try and fix it and they sent me another large size, that was supposed to be the same color as the XL, but it is the same as the other L that I didn't like the color of. Also, the quality of the hoodies are not that great.

Product was good, until it was washed...

I would have given a higher rating for the product itself but unfortunately after the first wash, it shrunk and now runs short on my partner. Disappointed as this is quite pricey and was a gift for his birthday.

I've stopped buying the product and I'll see what transpires

Purchased the product to hand out to our techs as promos. There must've been a change made to your software because a) I couldn't change the log color, the actual logo was a lot smaller than what I thought I had set...etc.

Haven't had any issues with the hoodies, my friend did a fake logo for a cat cafe idea I had and as a surprise I got it for him, me and my friend. It got here quicker then expected as well (about a week earlier) which was really nice.
