You are right to expect consistent quality with every reorder, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet that standard. This is not the VistaPrint experience we want for you.
Based on your photos, the issues with the color, cutting, and QR code placement are clearly production errors on our part. For context on the paper thickness, we did confirm that different paper stocks had been chosen on your previous orders (premium, standard, which is the affected order, and now premium plus), which accounts for that specific variation.
To resolve this, we have already processed a complimentary replacement at no additional cost. It is being sent via express shipping, and you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as it ships. There is no need to return the original cards; please feel free to keep or recycle them.
