Reprint file colour change

On the most recent order, which was a re order of a previous file, the colour is much darker. Confused and a bit disappointed why this happened as the file was the exact same, no changes or adjustments were made.

The cards are nice but

The cards are nice but I would prefer if there was an offer for a bigger sizes. They're a bit to small.

Dull colouring

They aren’t bright like I thought they would be based on the image I used. Almost “faded. ”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the dull and faded coloring on your cards. We completely understand your frustration when the final print doesn't have the brightness you were expecting based on the image you used. To provide some clarity on what can cause this, our printing process uses a CMYK color profile (for ink), while images on digital screens are displayed in a bright, backlit RGB color profile. When a bright RGB design is converted for printing, the colors can often come out more muted or appear "faded," as you've described. However, we absolutely want to look into this for you and see how we can help. To do that, could you please share a few photos of the cards you received showing the dull coloring? Also confirm if the design file you uploaded was set up in CMYK? We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to finding a solution for you.
