They printed the design on all 500 cards completely off centre - now I’m out $200

We appreciate your feedback on the Painted Edge Business Cards and regret to hear that the design was printed off-center. From our review of your design, the black border around the design was not created equally, as some parts were bigger than others. In the future, we recommend that you use the dotted lines or safe margin lines as a guideline to see if the borders are aligned. You may also use the grids under settings for help with alignment as well. Upon further review, we saw that our suctomer support team was contacted and a resolution was provided for the issue. We trust that was helpful to you.

Frequently asked questions

Sure! When you select an edge colour, you’ll see a HEX code by the name. This is a universal identifier that you can use to match other elements of your design to the edge colour. Just copy the code and add it to the colour panel in our studio or any other design software.

Please note: Our gold-edge business cards feature a metallic finish. You can match the gold colour on the front or back design, but the shiny effect is only available for the edge.

Our painted edge cards have colour on the sides, top and bottom – all the “thin” dimensions that normally don’t have customizable colours.

Right now, you can pick from red, gold, black, blue, yellow and teal.

The HEX codes for these colours are the following: Blue - #0083CA
Teal - #0099B1 Black - #231F20 Gold - #C48A10 Red - #ED1B2F Yellow - #FFF200

These cards are 32pt (equal to .032 of an inch). To give you a frame of reference, each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch.

Sorry, but those options aren’t available with these cards. The special way they’re made doesn’t allow for those custom shapes.

Yes, the matte laminate makes them fairly easy to write on with any pencil, pen or marker.
