Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed to hear that the quality of your recent business card magnets failed to meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the fact that several of your magnets were completely missing the print and arrived blank. We would appreciate it if you could share an image of the magnets with us so we can investigate what occurred during the printing process. Regarding the thickness, we also regret that the 0.6 mm option we offer is still unsuitable for your needs, and we are sorry for any disappointment this has caused.
