Review title: Poor print quality - logo is too small Review: I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of 350 business cards. The design process was frustrating because the final product was sent to print without me having the opportunity to confirm the layout. Upon receiving the cards, I discovered that the logo is placed inside a card graphic, making it nearly impossible to see. Furthermore, the text is so incredibly small that people would require a magnifying glass just to read my information. These cards are essentially unusable for professional networking, and I am very unhappy with the lack of quality control.

We truly regret that the outcome of your business cards is not as expected and that you are so deeply disappointed with the final product. After investigating the issue, our team identified that the uploaded design appears to be a photo or a scan of an existing business card rather than a digital design file. Because a horizontal template was chosen but a vertical design layout was added to it, the design did not extend full-bleed across the card and was not rotated, which ultimately resulted in the large white borders and the tiny, hard-to-read text. To ensure a perfect print outcome for professional networking, we highly recommend revising the original design layout to fit the template dimensions correctly and reuploading it so we can issue a replacement for you. Standard glossy business cards are 14pt (equal to .014 of an inch), premium cards are 16pt (equal to .016 of an inch) and premium plus cards are 18pt (equal to .018 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

No, the cards have a silk backside, which is non-reflective and has a very smooth feel.

If you plan on writing on the glossy front side, we recommend using a permanent marker for the best results. Otherwise, you can use a ballpoint pen to write on the silky back of the business card.

You can add foil accents to your gloss business card design. Embossed gloss is not available.
