The stamp works fine on paper, but it smudges on anything solid. It sure isn’t useful as a golf ball stamp! However, customer service was incredibly helpful (above and beyond) with a separate problem I had with the order, since resolved.

For logos with a high amount of detail, we would generally recommend using a larger stamp size or simplifying some of the design elements for a clearer impression. To help, we have taken action on your account to address the issue. An email will be sent shortly with the details. For future reference, some engraving Tips are: Use large text, as very small text does not reproduce well. Use bold lines and defined elements, as engraving produces the best results with stronger, clearer details.

The size details are displayed on both the product page and within the design studio during the ordering process. We also noticed that the design included very small text, which is not recommended for this stamp size, as smaller details may not reproduce clearly when stamped.
