Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion regarding the lawn sign holders. We’d like to clarify that the lawn sign holder (stake) is an add-on feature and needs to be added manually during the ordering process. It isn’t included by default with the sign itself.
For future orders, we recommend double-checking the selected options before checkout to ensure all needed accessories, such as holders, are included. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and your feedback helps us improve how we communicate these options.
