Arrived wrinkled

Posters arrived with quite significant wrinkles/creases from the process of being rolled and put in the tube for shipping, which is not what I would expect from a printing company. Image quality was OK, but not amazing. Would’ve expected better and am feeling pretty underwhelmed about the product.

Printed the buddy passes for our gym with the exact same HEX colours front and back. Each card is a different colour on the front than the back. Very disappointing.

We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when the same HEX color values were used throughout the design. Please note that printed colors can sometimes vary slightly due to differences in print processes, materials, coating, and the way colors are reproduced in CMYK printing compared to digital HEX values. However, the variation you described between the front and back of the same card is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
