We are sorry that, despite the fact that the size has been great, and that the quality of the fabric has seemed excellent to you, the black of the design has had a rather grayish tone. Of course, our goal was to see you 100% satisfied with your new tarp. When taking a look at the creation from your gutter, the truth is that we notice that this grayish look is part of the design used (it appears on the top of the canvas). We would like to clarify that we always print the designs as they are placed by the client. That's why, when you take the item to the cart, it comes out as a small form to remind you that you have to check everything before confirming the purchase. We also give you the possibility to download a proof in PDF format through which you can see how your design looks once printed. (appears from the editor when you click "Preview" at the top right).

The biggest difference between these banners is the material used.

Mesh Banners: Made of woven polyester mesh, these banners are best for outdoor and windy conditions, with included grommets and reinforced edges at the top and bottom of the banner.

Fabric Banners: Made of 100% recyclable, scratch-resistant polyester with included grommets. Great for indoor and outdoor use.

Vinyl Banners: Our most popular banner. Your choice of indoor (13 oz.) or outdoor (14 oz.) vinyl, both of which are fade- and water-resistant.

Retractable Banners: This style includes a vinyl banner that comes preassembled with a stand and case. Multiple styles and sizes available.
Keep it simple. Start with one main message, and then make it big. This keeps your audience – street traffic, event attendees or someone else – from getting overwhelmed or confused. You’ll be able to give them more information when they come over to say hello.
We use PVC-coated 9.59 oz. polyester thread to create a 70-30 mesh weave. This means that 70% of the banner’s surface area is covered with material. The remaining 30% is made up of small holes that let the wind pass through.
About 2 years on average. Please note a banner’s lifespan can vary based on how often you display it in direct sunlight, how often it’s used in the rain and whether it’s properly hung.
Yes, we do. You can choose the double-sided option before you upload your banner design or while designing it in our studio.
While the mesh weave is great for windy conditions, the 70-30 weave means that colour looks slightly less vibrant, and fine details may not be visible. A better match may be our vinyl banners – we’d recommend our 15 oz. outdoor vinyl option, with grommets and reinforced edges added for extra durability.
Your included .5" metal grommets are placed along the top and bottom of mesh banners, about two feet apart. (Please note that you can’t request changes to the number or placement of grommets.) The number of grommets varies by banner size. If your banner is sized:

Yes. The banner is made of one piece of fabric, so we fold over the edge and add in a stitched hem to reinforce the edges at the top and the bottom. This helps keep mesh signs looking crisp and polished after many uses.
