Thanks for your review submission. We’re pleased to hear the sign was close to what you were looking for, though we’re sorry that the text placement did not account for the mounting holes. For future orders, we recommend keeping all important text and design elements outside of mounting hole areas, allowing extra spacing around those zones. We would also recommend utilizing the digital proof option that is available to you from the design studio to ensure that your image design meets your satisfaction before you process your order. Upon reviewing your order, we can confirm that the Frosted Acrylic material was selected. This option has a frosted, matte appearance and is not fully transparent. If you’re looking for a completely see-through effect, the Clear Acrylic option would be the best choice. For future orders, we recommend double-checking the material selection during customization to ensure the final product matches your intended result.
