Every year I buy desktop calendar from vistaprint since last 8 years. This is the first time I am disappointed with the quality of paper. It is so thin and the sping binder is also of low quality. Hope this doesn't happen in future.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we understand how disappointing it is when a product doesn’t meet your usual expectations, especially after being a loyal customer. Based on our records, your previous orders were printed on Premium Glossy stock, while this recent order was printed on Standard Matte stock. Please note that the Standard Matte is 8pt, whereas the Premium Glossy is 12pt, which explains the thinner feel. Regarding the spring binding, could you please reply with more details or a photo showing the issue? This will help us review the problem and see how we can improve the product experience for future orders.
