We regret to hear that the print on the replacement labels was also not correct and apologize for any inconvenience caused. In reviewing the account, we are seeing that the white border was outside the trim line and so this would be the reason for labels not having a white border. Also, adding a white border to the product may be tricky as the product may end up with a part of the border being thicker than the other due to the trimming of the product. If you still wish to continue with having a border we can have the design resized to fit smaller within the label, so there is a white border within the trim line. Please confirm if you would like to have this done.
