After reviewing the submitted file and the printed product, we confirmed that the labels were reproduced exactly as they appeared in the design editor. In the editor, the artwork was positioned quite small in the center, leaving a large amount of unused space within the safety area (shown by the broken lines). For the product label, there was also evident white space at the bottom, which made the preview appear less balanced and reduced the visible size of the artwork. Extending the design further within the safety area would have allowed the labels to appear larger and more proportionate to the template. For future orders, we recommend ensuring that all important details are placed within the safety area and extended as needed. Since the cutting process occurs between the safety and bleed areas, keeping key elements inside the safe zone helps avoid unintended trimming and ensures the design fully utilizes the available space.
